I think unless your lucky or its urgent it's very hard to get a appointment.

I think it should be easier to get appointments when people are working it's hard to phone up and be in a queue for ages even if you phone at 8 o'clock your can sometimes be waiting in a long queue.

The new system doesn’t work. I had a text at 4:44pm on Monday saying the pharmacy would contact me within 2 hours, which they didn’t. I then rang them today and they said they weren’t able to prescribe the antibiotics anyway so she would email the surgery. They then rang me 3 hours later offering me an appointment tomorrow which I can’t make. I’ve wasted 2 days when I could’ve potentially gone in. The old system was much better.

There has been a concerted effort to find and get appointments which is such a relief. The effort is much appreciated.

Saw a nurse who was very good and professional but still neede to refer to the GP.

I am not sure what is going on in the NHS where I have always been impressed with the quality of treatment. I am old enough to remember when GP's made housecalls sadly it is virtually impossible to see a GP even in surgery.
